Reboot the pc without the cable attached. When you have rebooted plug in USB cable. Is the printer listed in Printers on the PC, offline, disabled...etc? If not, add a printer. I don't know your PC or your OS?
1. Try to get a test page printed from the printer directly through the printer panel.
2.1 Check for the cable connector's both ends securly fitted to the PC and the printer. 2.2 Reboot the printer and the PC and check printing the test page.
3.1 Try swaping the connector with any spare from other printers. 3.2 Reboot the printer and the PC and check printing the test page.
3. Try Calling the Sevice Eng. or the Tech Support of the Printer.
Hi,
Unplug your usb from your pc. go in to uninstall programs, uninstal printer drivers and software.Reboot your pc. Reinstall drivers and software.Reboot pc. Connect your printer usb back into your pc and turn your printer on. This should work.
Disconnect the printer, and reboot the PC, and after rebooting, shut it down again and now attach the printer and reboot the PC, and it should work fine.
it happens sometimes.--this means there is a conflict between the files supported by your printer.try removing the drivers then reboot the system and then make a fresh installation of printer drivers.this will solve the problem.

First of all go to Control Panel->Add Remove programs. There select this printer and delete it. Disconnect the printer from the PC and reboot.
Now reinstall the drivers of this printer from the CD that came with it.
reboot the PC.
Connect the printer to the PC and allow Windows to detect it and load its drivers. You will get a message in the right bottom corner of the screen "The new HW has been installed and is ready for use". Now start the word processor and go to File->Print. Here select this printer as default printer. And print away.
Remember to reboot when I have said you must.
Official Sharp driver had set "use printer offline" setting in the printer
properties context menu. After unselecting the "use printer offline",
printer is printing again, even after reboot...
Same thing no responce
