Need more info. What are the measurements on the input to the UPS. What is the total load you have? What other alarms are displaying? Check the input power to UPS. Also make sure the UPS is and will work for the correct voltage (Input of UPS) some UPS's are selectable voltages.
I have a user manual. Please call me at Gruber Power Services 1-800-658-5883 x256 or email me at [email protected] I have the MGE Pulsar EX user manual for the rack mount UPS.
If you are talking about a used UPS, i would not bother with a used unit.
I find if they are used 24hrs a day, when the electricity is tripped and the ups kicks in, they only last a couple of minutes.
I would plug just the pc and monitor into the UPS sockets, and plug everything else into the ordinary sockets. You will get alot longer out of the battery
Below you will find a link to the HP support website for the product in your description. There you will be able to find the different information you were requesting - mounting brackets, cables, software and documentation.

Simply select your country from the locater in the top-right corner and you should have no trouble finding the equipment you need directly from HP.
Well you see it may not charge properly, on the other hand it may just trickle charge it so ok. It will NOT hurt anything though it would just last longer.. providing it gets charged.
Turn it off, and remove the battery.
Check the manufacture-date on the battery -- it's probably very "old",
i.e., it has expired due to old age. Replace the battery.
Or, there are places that will take the battery, open it,
replace the rechargeable cells, close it, and ship it back to you,
for a lower price than buying a new battery.
You can increase the capacity of the batteries from the original equipment, but you cannot put more load onto the UPS. Your runtime may be increased, but you may have trouble fitting the car batteries into the case. Some UPS's have external connectors for external battery packs. Find one of those and add the batteries to it. Make sure that you maintain the DC voltage which the UPS requires. It may be 12 volts or 24volts. Two 12 volt batteries in Series.
