There may be a problem with loading the site. Or you just may need to clear your temporary files and cookies. Go to control panel/internet options and delete cookies and Temporary files.
go to keyword
type in : Tool bar settings.
on the right you will see: Tool bar Quick view.
check box that says display Quick view when signed on.
save that setting.
this worked for me.
Repair the OS by using the original OS disk. That should fix this problem and be sure to have a genuine anti-virus installed. Not any one of those which can be downloaded from the net as free....sodeep
This helped me.
Go to keyword and type in tool bar settings.
A box will pop up. On the right side you will see
Tool bar quick view. Check that box. Save.
