GOOD DAY! I have a question regarding my wife purchase a refrigerator.ref.model NR-A5610A,The agreement is 1mo.to pay but it lapse 2working days.My question is. It is reasonable to have a penalty?

This is an opinion, NOT lagal advice. You are on a technical forum here and I think you probably need legal advice not technical help. That said, for what it's worth, here's my opinion:

Sorry to say that the simple answer is in your question. You have an agreement to pay in 1 month, you didn't meet the terms of the agreement. If you didn't meet the terms then you have defaulted on the agreement. You are now governed by the terms of any default clause, which may be a penalty, reposession or some other resolution.

It's reasonable to have a penalty. If there's a penalty clause then it's probably legally enforceable as well. Whether it's morally right is another question. Your best bet is to have a pleasant and reasonable discussion with the creditor (recognising that you ARE in the wrong) and ask for them to treat you lienently. If you ask nicely and play on their humanity, you have a far better chance than if you go in all guns blazing about how unfair the situation is.

Like I say, just my opinion. Hope it helps

Can I download topo maps to multiple gps units?

I'm positive that this can be done, but also pretty sure it violates the Terms of Agreement of the purchase of the topo maps from Garmin.
