Upload pictures to memory card

Can you upload pictures from a file to the camera memory card in order to put it in a digital frame? Or do you need a memory card reader? It won't let me add the file back onto the camera. Thanks!

This model doesn't allow you to upload photos from a PC to your memory card whilst the camera is connected to the PC. You will need a memory card reader.

How do you load pictures on a pandigital picture

Hello there,

The Pandigital picture frame saves its image files on the memory card. You can put pictures in memory card by inserting it to a memory card reader on the computer and copying pictures to it. Tthe picture frame, then reads the files on the memory card.

Should you need further assistance, please let me know. Thank you for using FixYa.

My children gave me a digital photo frame for Christmas. I have a Nikon digital camera. I have downloaded and deleted from my camera several pictures I would like to put into my photo frame. Am I able to...

If the "camera chip" you refer to is a removable SD Memory Card you need to put that into a SD Card Slot on your computer or use an USB Card Reader device. The computer will recognize the SD Card as a Disk Drive and you can use Windows Explorer to transfer the picture files to it.

Pictures upload ??

Yes, you can upload picture on memory card in camera and can playback in camera as well.
Make sure that picture files are JPG format and file name must be DSC00001 to DSC99999, other then that camera will not show file in playback though memory card have it.
Connect camera with computer, click My Computer >> Removable Disk >> 101MSDCF folder and copy / paste files there.

Don't know how to download from my memory card

You can do this one of three ways.

1.) You can insert the Memory Card directly into the Frame

2.) You can connect to your PC or MAC with the camera (Memory Card still inside the Camera)
and Upload the Photos to a File. Then Connect your Frame into your PC or MAC and download them to the Frame.

3.) Connect the camera directly to the frame. (This may cause formatting issues though)

Memory card fault or camera fault?

When the camera writes the image files to the memory card, it also creates index/information files. Without those files the camera will not display the images.

Check the software you used to upload the images with. There's probably a checkbox or option that tells it to delete the images from the card after uploading them.

Upload images to SD card

I just purchased a frame and wondered the same thing. My computer has a slot for an SD card once inserted the computer shows the SD file. Then go into where you store the pictures highlight the picture one at a time in the picture file my program says copy to file click on it and shows the SD file as F file click copyit then downloads to the card. Done put SD card in frame worked perfectly.
