On one side of the frame there should be memory card slots and a usb slot.
two ways to do it, take the memory card from the camera and put it in the frame.
Or down load the camera to tyour computer and then with a usb cable upload the picture fram with the pictures you want
Or from your computer load a memory card and then stick it in the frame

1. Turn the frame off.
2. Unplug the power cable from the wall outlet.
3. Remove any memory card or flash disk from the frame.
4. Connect the power cable directly to a wall outlet.
5. Turn the frame on.

6. Use a paper clip to press the button inside the pinhole on the back of the frame.

If after trying the above steps and the frame still have the same problem, then we need
to send the frame in for a repair as per warranty guidelines.

Your frame will be repaired per warranty guidelines. A product is warranted for 1 year from the date-of-purchase. For an In-Warranty repair, a “Proof-of-Purchase” is required. If the repair center finds any customer induced damaged, the warranty will be voided and you will receive a notification from the repair center in such cases.

Digital picture frame

Have you installed the EasyShare software on the computer?
Does it work when inserting the SD card into the frame directly?
You must connect the frame with the cable before the frame will be able to find the computer.

I dont have software for digital pic frame and dont know how to get pics from comp. to pic frame and i do not want to use my only memory card for pics on frame what do i do please help???

You are able top download Kodak Software on www.kodak.com/go/downloads and follow the prompts, however when connecting your frame it should show as several drives and one of those will open, the rest will give an error when trying to open. You are able to simply drag your pictures into this drive and it will display on the frame. There is no need to install the software.

I have a kodak sv1011 digital frame and it stopped showing the pics. it boots up and you can see the pics if you look closely but there is no back light so it won't display? is there a fix for this?

On the other side of your frame there is a reset button.
It is below a small hole on the left back side of the frame. You will need a poky device in order to press the button which is located within the frame.

Kodak easy share SV 811

I had the same problem. I use kodak easyshare software and load my pics on to that. Then put all the pics you want in the picture tray. Have your frame plugged into the computer with your usb cord. Then go up to File menu and drop down to "copy to". On my computer it is Folder "E" which is the drive the frame is connected to. Then pick from the Resize drop down menu " best for picture frame', then click copy. You will see the program loading all the pics to E drive. When done, unplug usb cord and you will see it loading on your pic frame. As easy as this is to do, I found it frustrating as well, but when it works, it is easy. Hope this helps
