If you need a password to get online and it's not working, you need to contact your ISP, either to reset your password or check your account setup. Usually there is a way to email them a message about your situation, if you go to their support page. Sometimes if the bill's not paid they'll block an account, but otherwise, they are the only ones who can help you to regain access.
