Problem: I need an instruction book to learn how to use the cell phone.
My phone was given to me from my son. There is nothing on the cell phone to let me know what model it is. I need a book of instructions on how to use the phone. PLEASE HELP ME
I downloaded some song onto my card off of my computer to put onto my phone, I put the card into my phone, and I cannot get the phone to bring up the songs. They come up on my computer so I know that the songs are on the card. Most model numbers and serial numbers are inside of the phone behind the battery. Remove the battery or cover and then battery. It should be back there in small print.

Go to the Verizon Wireless page of the phone, you should be able to download the manual there. Otherwise, just search google for the model of the phone and a manual will turn up.
My son's did this and i loaded the disk that came with the phone and went to download updates. You will need a USB lead to connect your phone to the PC and follow the instructions. It updated all the software and now works fine... Well i say fine it does so far touch wood.
