You can't. This is a very Basic non-Smart television. It is a nice set, but not what you think it is. :>)

Get the update from Sharps website. Load it on an EMPTY formatted usb thumb drive. From he setup menu on the TV select software update.

SHARP LC 32SB24U SM Service Manual free download schematics eeprom repair...

The USB port on LC-32SB24U is only for firmware and other service updates. The TV can't understand the video file format; you will need to connect the TV to your computer as a monitor to display the videos. The manual discusses using the Service port starting on page 26. Hello; Contact Sharp for any available upgrades. Most are installed using a USB stick or SD card. A word to the wise: If your set seems to be working OK. STAY AWAY from doing upgrades! Most problems are not due to having upgrades! John
