My mp3 player is not switching on at all...i used it in the mornin and in tne evening when i tried switching it on and it was not working...n when i connected it to the computer it is not being recognised...

Sir there can be three reason for it

  1. your mp3 players software is corrupted .
  2. your battery is faulty.
  3. the jack of usb in mp3 player is faulty

Loss of sound

Try the following:
1) Check your headsets. Use another player to test it. If it works then the problem is within your MP3 Player.
2) Adjust the volume. If it does not work...
3) Reset your MP3 player by pressing the reset button found below the volume buttons.
4) Unlock the hold switch.

On the mp3 player u will see a hold or unhold switch try to slide that switch to the opposite side and then give it a try

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

are you using it through the usb lead if you are you should be able to open the file on the mp3 this should allow you to delete leave this file open but put the music you want on it in a shared file then open this file alongside the file on your mp3 this should allow you to drag and drop but try doing this with your mp3 switched off before you plug it in make sure its off and then when you plug it in it should switch itself on but dont touch the mp3 player and you should be able to drag and drop the files make sure their is enough free memoy on mp3 s some music files are massive you wont need to touch your mp3 player at all while it is plugged into your computer and it should work with no battery in it hope this helps
