Where did you get a 380 volt motor? Is the motor rotation correct, Using a clamp on ammeter, measure current on all 3 legs with motor unloaded, let run for a while. Next measure current with pump loaded. this will tell you that the motor is not overloaded. If motor is not overloaded, you will need to checking control circuit.

Are you talking about a priming pump on a diesel engine. Most shops will do it pretty cheap or if it just needs to replace an old one it would be an easy DYI.
