Go to this site and you can download a free PDF service manual.
www.carlsalter.com/motorcycle-manuals.asp Most all of the manuals are in English but some are not. There is no way to be sure without doing the download. You can always delete it if in a foreign language.

There is a service manual for a 1983-1984 on the site. That is more than close enough to your 1982. Cosmetic changes are the main things.
Can I get a “very helpful” rating on this answer? Thanks!

1985 Honda VF 1100 C head bolt torque specs

For the 1985 Honda VF1100C V65 Magna, the head bolt torque specifications are as follows:

- Initial torque: 29 Nm (22 lb-ft)
- Final torque: 54 Nm (40 lb-ft)

It's important to tighten the head bolts in a crisscross pattern to ensure even pressure distribution.

I tried to vacuum bleed the clutch slave cylinder on my 1982 Honda VF 750s. I was unable to do so. I removed the cylinder, filled it with brake fluid, reinstalled it, and tried again. Still nothing!...

Usually if you just loosen the banjo bolt and pump the lever a couple of times till a gush of DOT 3/4 brake fluid starts to leak past the threads. Now you should be able to tighten the banjo bolt and bleed out the system. Lay some plastic and rags under the master cylinder so you do not damage the paint or plastic with DOT 3/4 brake fluid.
