1984 honda magna v30 lacking power but starts

This motorcycle does not have any type of governor system.
Has the bike been sitting for a long time (ie; more than 6~12 months)? If so, then the carburetors are clogged with fuel varnish and need to be cleaned. A slow return to idle - as well as low power output - can also be caused by plugged carbs, low compression, and/or cracked and leaking intake manifolds.

If the compression is low (less than 140~160 PSI per cylinder), check and adjust the valve tappet clearance. If a valve adjustment fails to restore low compression, then you've got more serious engine troubles.

For your intermittant left front running light, try spraying some electrical contact cleaner into the turn signal switch. As for the rear units, they are turn signals only (no running/parking lights).

I have no power after 100k. When I try to give it

barb needs cleaning or a rebuild-itz 27years--varnish solidifies on the internal parts and passages and a strong solvent is required--carb cleaner will not work

I over reved my 84 500 interceptor and now I

are you sure you think its exhaust valves because i owned an 85 and i thought i had a valve problem too! if you've been abusing the bike and going past Redline i'm afraid i have some bad news for you..ten years after i had to get rid of my interceptor, i read an article by Honda admitting that they made defective cranks for their 500 interceptors, so now i know why my bike seized up on me going 60 mph on the highway..i quickly pulled in the clutch and coasted to a stop and then had to push it two miles home. what makes you think its an exhaust valve by the way? do you have a lot of smoke coming out, because that would just mean your burning a lot of oil that is getting through worn piston rings!

I hve 1985 inercertor 500 can the carb crack

YES!! replace any line/manifold tubes that has a crack or leaks and if you want proof... take a can of carburetor cleaner (i prefer Chemtool B-12) and spray it over the suspected lines, while running of course, at idle and watch the rpms increase..then you will have found a loose or cracked hose or fitting!
Can i get a rating for this,
Thanks

Sorry, there is no quick fix. You will need the shop do a major top end job. Be sure they check the operation of the oil pump and that the oil is getting to the head.
