Step 1
Locate the "Clock" button on the display. The display is located above the oven door. It clearly shows the time and has settings for temperature, time and cooking.
Step 2
Press and hold the "Clock" button until the time starts to blink.
Step 3
Set the time with the number pad. Ignore the colons and enter the number straight through. For example, if the current time is 10:08, just type 1-0-0-8.
Step 4
Set AM and PM by pressing the "#" button. Press "Start" to finish.

Alas, there is none. What a silly thing to omit. The closest you will get is that when you are looking at the center display (between the gauges) and you see the speed limit sign- you will notice a yellow box around the speed limit. This means you are exceeding the posted speed limit.
Generally the settings have been changed from Display Mode to Viewfinder Mode. This was probably changed accidentally, but can be reverted by going into the menu under display options and changing it back to display on the small lcd screen. Also, make sure to check that if there are connector pins that "lock" the screen into place, that both those pins and the small gold-colored strips are clean.
Think that you might have accidentally pressed the DISP or DISPLAY button on the back of your camera. This manually turns the LCD display on and off to save batteries. You would then use the optical viewfinder in its place. To turn the screen back on, just press the DISP button one more time.
