SOURCE: My tablet was preowned, factory reset, trying to set it up for my daughter it will not let me sign in keeps requiring previously synced email account I do not have nor do I know. What do I do?
Hello, Stacey -
Ray Gallant is correct, if you purchased the refurbished tablet from a local business. The technical staff at that store may be able to unlock the tablet so you may register it to yourself or your daughter.
However, if you purchased the refurbished tablet online, then you need to contact the online seller and find out how to register it for you or your daughter. If that cannot be done, then, contact the seller and ask to return the tablet for a refund.
