Another source would be to contact the billing department at your local hospital and ask to speak to the person who handles medicate. Be nice. These people probably know more about the actual workings of medicare than the government does. If you treat them like the expert they are, they can be a valuable resource. If your questions/complaints are about the system and its politics and you can't find what you need on the medicare website, call your US congressman or Senator. They, or their aids LOVE to hear from their constituents on issues of government services.
