There are a lot of reasons to contact medicare, and you don't specify. Here are some suggestions.
https://www.medicare.gov/
The official medicare site. They are not commercially sponsored, and the info is pretty easy to find and very accurate. Another source would be to contact the billing department at your local hospital and ask to speak to the person who handles medicate. Be nice. These people probably know more about the actual workings of medicare than the government does. If you treat them like the expert they are, they can be a valuable resource. If your questions/complaints are about the system and its politics and you can't find what you need on the medicare website, call your US congressman or Senator. They, or their aids LOVE to hear from their constituents on issues of government services.

Need new medicare card

The procedure depends on where you are.

If in Australia contact Human Services (which includes Medicare)

on 132011. To avoid phone queues I think it is best to go, or send someone, to a Medicare office.

Under Obamacare does a person 75 or older get coverage for cancer

People over the age of retirement (65) are normally eligible for Medicare. I'm including the link to the medicare website which speaks about Chemotherapy. If it is a question regarding a specific or experimental treatment I would recommend contacting Medicare directly. Your Medicare Coverage
