No.

There is not a 28th amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which has 27.

There was also a false rumor circulation with a theme of a proposed 28th amendment.

Hello, Jean -

Fixya.com, a website intended for asking and answering questions on how to go about REPAIRING THINGS, has no affiliation with the South African Social Security Agency (SASSA.)

You will need to contact your regional SASSA office directly:

Best wishes.

Hello, Marianne -

If the Canadian citizen in question has not yet contacted the Canadian Consulate in Miami, Florida, then he should do so as soon as possible:
http://international.gc.ca/world-monde/united_states-etats_unis/miami.aspx?lang=eng

Even though the web page for the Miami consulate office states the office provides no passport services, if you scroll down the page, you will see the section on Consular Services. Choosing the link for Request Emergency Assistance, brings you to this web page:
https://travel.gc.ca/assistance/emergency-assistance

In the right side bar on that is a link for Arrest and Detention. Choosing that link will take you to this page with information:
https://travel.gc.ca/assistance/emergency-info/arrest-detention

Best wishes.

Hello, Vanessa -

I have no idea why you chose Fixya.com, a website intended for asking and answering questions on how to go about REPAIRING _THINGS_ to ask anything about the South African Social Security Administration (SASSA).

This is the link to the SASSA Contact Us page:
http://www.sassa.gov.za/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=100&catid=85&Itemid=513

Identify the SASSA office nearest to where you reside, make a telephone call to that office (during weekday business hours), and ask your question.

By the way, I am answering from the USA.

Best wishes.

You will need to contact the Embassy of Zimbabwe in the United Kingdom directly and ask your question.

This is the link to the home page for the Embassy of Zimbabwe in London:

I suggest you make a telephone call so that you can speak with a knowledgeable person at the embassy.

Best wishes.

Simply put: It relates to procedural methods of the FBI when applying for a warrant. That documentation refers to a 3rd or 4th application on a Trump aid and the GOP claimed the FBI did not offer the court (3 man judges) information regarding who paid for the Investigation relating to dossier by Chris Steel of England. In the end...the Dems did reveal that data to the court, and the claims were FAKE NEWS by the GOP.

Write the letter respectfully. Regardless of your sentiments toward the President, or whether you're condemning or praising POTUS, remember that you're writing to the leader of the United States. Write an honest but respectful letter, stating your thoughts clearly and reasonably. Don't include any threats-overt or otherwise.
