Why doesn't the fox now app not work on my tablet. It will just flash fox now and than the screen goes black and stays that way

Have you ran the update and updated your apps?

Press power and volume + buttons together until reset screen comes on, then select factory reset!

The app is crashing. Make sure that you have no other apps open in the background as they drain your iPad's processor speed, and that you have at least 1 or 2 GB open in storage as that will help as well. If you haven't in a while shut the iPad all the way off for a minute and then turn it back on. Sometimes that will also help to clean it up and perform better. Make sure your operating system is completely up to date as well. If that doesn't help then the app is just too much for your iPad to run properly.

What if you plug in and hold down volume? Do you see anything?

I had the same exact problem...I sent it back for a refund. Kocaso is junk as it urns out...!

a rt tablet is NOT a android tablet. it runs a leaner windows based live tile system called windows 8 rt. you cannot get pure android applications on the asus but you developers will port applications over to other operating systems so you may be able to get a different version or something simlar on that kind of tablet if the developer made it.
