SOURCE: I start the wash cycle timer reads 1:02 machine

I had a similar problem with ours and had a repair guy come out and look at it. He suggested running a couple of heavy bleach cycles through the machine. He said that sometimes if you use too much detergent (especially if you're not using the "High Efficiency" type of detergent) detergent builds up on a sensor in the machine and causes longer than necessary wash cycles. We actually ran 2 cycles of bleach and then a couple more with no bleach or detergent and the problem cleared up.

usually problem with digital washing machine is on the program module, exactly in the water level sensor, please check the hose that connected to water level sensor, make sure no dirt blocking or clogging the hose. also you can clean the tube under the pulsator, usually there is many dirt blocking the hoseline.

Option B is the standard option for whites and colors and is approx 125 mins long. Option A adds a 25 min soak. Option C/D is the short cycle at 70 mins. I haven't figured out how to program an extra rinse yet.

Samsung DC68-02346B Silver Care

Check your exit hose spigot, it may be clogged. This is if your filter is all clean (refer manual). There should be air for passage in the standpipe behind. Your hose should not fit airtight into the standpipe and neither too deep into it (4 to 6 inches maximum). Snaking out your standpipe would be good too. As long as your dry laundry weighs within the machine's capacity, it shd be fine.

Time remaining stays at 1 min for 20 min

Hi,
This may happen if using the Super-eco program.

It is designed to extend the washing time / cycle, but is less intesive in rotations. It's more a long gentle soak than a quick scrubbing action.

Thank you for using Fixya! If this provided a solution, please rate as such. Thanks.
