Sounds like a timing issue to me too. Check a dealer for the proper timing or better yet get it serviced. Sewing machines can be very complex and are beyond the mechanical ability of most people.
I went google and typed in --workshop manual for tajima tmex c-1201 sewing machine -- and found many pages with pdf downloads for repair manuals and workshop manuals
do that and find the right site for you and down load the workshop manual and that may be a way of fixing your machine
Your new embroidery program has to be loaded first. The 2b7 is referring to needing instructions or in other words the embroidery program has to be loaded. Shut the machine down and turn the machine back on and load just as before.
We are having a similar problem with one of our single head Tajima TMEX-C1201 machines. In our case the design runs part of the way, then the head jumps and continues running and ruins the work. Any feedback on this would also be appreciated. Thanks.
