Tajima sewing machine. It is making heavy clunking noise when you start sewing. It seems fine when you trace or switch to set different middle needle.

Often, this sound comes from not getting your thread in the take-up lever while threading. If you have a new needle that is the appropriate size/type and your machine is clean, but you start to hear a clunking sound after rethreading, this is the first thing to check.

3D6 TAJIMA EMBROIDERY MACHINE

Hi,

It sounds like 3d6 error means a program isn't installed properly. Please check your CPU cards and if necessary, reinstall the programs on your machine. Thank you.

Tajima TFMX-C1501 was stitching, when it made a color change, it stopped. Now the machine is locked up and I can not get it to run. Encoder sensor, locked. My main shaft timing belt is out of time?

Sounds like a timing issue to me too. Check a dealer for the proper timing or better yet get it serviced. Sewing machines can be very complex and are beyond the mechanical ability of most people.

Your new embroidery program has to be loaded first. The 2b7 is referring to needing instructions or in other words the embroidery program has to be loaded. Shut the machine down and turn the machine back on and load just as before.

Tajima embroidery machine troubleshooting

We are having a similar problem with one of our single head Tajima TMEX-C1201 machines. In our case the design runs part of the way, then the head jumps and continues running and ruins the work. Any feedback on this would also be appreciated. Thanks.
