My 9" Supersonic tablet will not charge. The charger is ok because it works on my cell phone

i can suggest you get a Duracell wireless charger which you just place your tablet on and it charges?

Let the tablet charge for 2 hours and then try to turn it on. If still problem hold the power button for more than 10 seconds and try again. Also would want to try another charger if you have.

Hi Patricia,
Every branded Mobile Phone or Tablet comes with a warranty and the accessories along with it comes with a replacement warranty within a certain limit of time. Why dont you go to their service centre and get the charger replaced if it has a technical or manufacturing defect. If the charger is still in warranty, you should be able to get it replaced provided it hasnt been physically damaged. Good luck !

probably not,only use the charger that goes to it,if the cell charger only charges three volts and tablet is 5 voltsyou will ruin the tablet
