Obviously it would be incredibly dangerous to operate an oven that is not secured...

Can't help notice you posted this in CARs & Trucks...
FEAR not I RE-CATEGORIZED IT for you.

Not a real good sign that directing you back into
READING CENTRIC solution might work.

Most likely MEANS it is INSTALLED INCORRECTLY.

If you could post a wee bit of background information...
Rusted? Rotted?

Was it dropped from an aircraft?
was it kluged together from various brands?

Does it actually have a brand name, perhaps even a model?

Failing that simple request...
My best advice it to call for a SERVICE & REPAIR
specialist... IMMEDIATELY...!!

Door will not close completely leaving 1cm gap at top.

If the door closes fine till that 1cm gap hinges more than likely wont solve it you need to replace the supports that the hinges slot into

We have a classique oven and it wont close properly. It stays open about 25-30mm can you please give us advice? thanks

I presume the gap you are talking about is at the top of the oven door. If so, this means that the door springs are worn/lost their tension. The only way to fix this is to get the springs replaced.

My oven door does not close tight

These hinges are now obsolete and you cannot get them anywhere. The poblem with this type of hinge is not with weak springs or anything like that, it is with the pivot pin in the door hinge. Follow these instructions and it will not cost you anything for the repair.
It is best to remove the oven from the housing. Remove both sides of the oven panels, you have to remove the top first, then the sides (remove about 20 screws all together). Support the bottom oven door first by tying a bit of string between the bottom and top oven door hand rails. This will stop the door falling down when you remove the springs. unhook the springs and the door will just slide out. (Use a loop of string attached to the back end of the spring to pull it from its holes.)
Dismantle the door by removing the screws. You will probably find that the the hinge pivot pins have come away from the U shaped hinge bracket. The secret is to make sure that these are fixed firm back into the bracket. What I did was to nip the U hinge bracket in a vice, (or use pliers) so that the pin will now protude slightly each side of the bracket. This allows more surface bearing area so the pin will not pull itself out of the hinge. To further make sure, I glued the ends of the pin with epoxy resin.
Then reassemble.
My door now feels like a new one even though it is 15 years old.

It might be because when the door was completely removed ( which they do rather easily for repairs and moving) it wasn't put back properly.
I would suggest you remove the oven door and re install.
You do not remove any screws or anything like that to remove the oven doors.
When you have the oven door open squeeze each hinge and shift then both outwards it will release the door from the hinge, the hinge stays on but the door will slide off the hindge. Afterwards check the alignment and reinstall the oven door

Don't buy Bosh. This is a common problem with them and they are not interested in a fix (ie a thinner door seal would help or adjustment to springs...
