If you find the net total, that should be the total after discounts and refunds, voids etc so that is the actual money you should have at the end of the day

You have a digit limit set on the cash button. It has been programmed to allow only a small amount to be paid via cash. I think you are saying you forgot to get a report. If you have used the register after that day, you will have more than the days totals now. Do a report now and subtract the total of the last report you did from the one you get now and that is the extra you missed.

VAT is value added tax which is straight percentage. program tax one or two for the percentage and make sure your departments are set up taxable or non taxible. prgm 2 is vat probably and program 1 will be for dept. generally with casio.
