Find the error on the audit roll, circle it, and void the TOTAL Amount, then ring in the CORRECT amount. Circle both those items. When you cash up, clip those three transactions to the X and Z readings.

If you are not using an audit roll you are negligent and open to fraudulent transactions. It may be that your cashier is fleecing you and she lost count :>)

I haven't worked on that model but usually you want a percent plus key, not a percent minus. You either add in a percent plus key to the keyboard, or you change the sign to plus in the settings. Check your manual for any info it has on the percent plus function.

If you want other details, you usually print other reports. Check the list of reports in your manual and try printing some of the others until you see which one suits you best. There are usually examples in the manuals too.
