I have an Ultima model #121. I haven't used it in a year and tries to this morning. Water comes out the bottom.

I have the same model, though several years old, and on mine E4 simply means the reservoir is full. Try emptying the reservoir tank and then turning the power on again. If the drain hose outlet isn't angled down, the water drains into the tank, which will need to be emptied regularly. (For constant use, may need to be emptied several times a day.)

I have the exact same tube that fell out of mine. Does your still work? I assume it has something to do with baffling the air intake for the frothing area.

Capresso told me the only way to buy it is the $90 entire top assembly.

when you start the cycle the water will disperse. but check the fillters at the bottom of the dishwasher and make sure the drain pipe end is not crushed if you are enptying into the kitchen sink drain make sure the pipe is not kinked back on its self. try and get it as strait as you can.

ok lay the machine on its side the side with the soap draw under you will find the outlet pipe runing to the pump then another hose going from the pump to the bottom of the drum. if you disconnect the hose from the bottom of the drum you will find the filter remove this hose from the other end and clean the filter and hose with hot water once replaced check the hose in tight it may be tricky to replace stand up the machine and test using water only and an empty drum.
