Have you ensured the download of the games has completed downloading, it can take awhile, check the icons in the tablet, check, if the download was interupted or stopped or your device was turned off, try downloading again, go to the app just prior before purchase, it should say a status like (downloading or in progress) if there is definately no processing or installing talking place at all, try turning off the device completely and see if it configures , i will answer and help you through this , i will reply promptly, but first what tablet do you have? model or version number.
Are the apps (games) you are trying to download purchased or free? If purchased you can download to a specific device as many times as you like but you cannot always download again to a different device, only the original, copyright and all that stuff. Free games and apps can be downloaded as many times and to as many devices as you wish.
without jailbreaking your ipad which is extremely risky there isnt an way around this however free games aren't that bad or if you have a friend you can download their paid games from that might be an easier solution
Where are you trying to download games from? Maybe they are not compatible with your device or smth) or you do not have access to this or that game, because they're paid. Or your device doesn't let you do it. Please read instructions and FAQ carefully on the sites wwhere you're trying to download games from.
