If the issue persists, I suggest calling us. What you can do, is use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:

Step 1. Open link: h22207 www2 hp com
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click on: HP contact options - click on Get phone number

Case number and phone number appear.

HP M2727 paper starts to pick up and apparently jams just above the paper tray #2.

It sounds like the pickup roller is not getting a good grab on the paper. When this happens the roller can not push the paper up into the printer where the next rollers can grab it. this is a very common issue after a year or two of use. HP 1010 , paper jam near fuser assembly.

Remove left,right,top & back cover, #check paper sensor flag & flag spring, found any dis location? correct it.Most of the cases spring dis location observed (see the snap shot for easy recognition)#clean fuser paper out sensor as well as check sensor flag.#check fuser teflon sleeve.

Low toner & paper jam light stays on. no paper jam seen. ink is new & still printer does not work

There is a problem with the HP 2015 printer. The symptoms you describe are a common fault requiring the printer to be returned to the HP repair centre.

Out of a batch of 40 2015 printers, we have had to return 9 so far for the same problem. 2 of the 9 have been back twice... The printers come back with new MAC addresses and this suggests that the main motherboard is being changed.

Your printer has a long history of problems with its formatters. Apparently you may be able to download updates, but they don't always work. You may have to replace it. More information here:

Can't print to a shared HP Laser Jet 2015 printer (Mac)

On the two non working computers...uninstall the printer drivers and uninstall any info about the printer reboot.reset up each indivual (the two non working ones)computer with new drivers from web.reboot and they should work.RICHARDM69
