1. remove the battery
2. re-instert the battery
3. hold VolumeDown button then press the power button
Do not release the volumedown key til u get to recovery mode
Now that you are in recovery mode,
first try WIPING CACHE
and then reboot your phone.
if the problem persist, then repeat step1-3 again
this time, select WIPE DATA FACTORY RESET
if wiping cache solves it, then your data are intact
