I work for another site that sells service manuals and provides free tech support, and there is nothing in the manual about error codes. The power supplies would need to be troubleshooted. The manual is anew one but if you would like a copy send them an email and they will upload it to the website for you to purchase, they email all manuals that one was scheduled to be loaded to the site this weekend but they will upload it earky if youd like it. Heres the link.

Panasonic utilizes the blinking light as a form of self-diagnostics, similar to the "check engine" light in your car. If you've ever experienced that, you know that a check engine light could indicate anything from a loose gas cap to a major failure.
Panasonic uses the number of times the light blinks, to aid the technician in trouble-shooting the problem. The blinking light indicates an area of concern and helps the technician to isolate the problem and order the correct parts. This in turn speeds up the repair process, keeps parts cost down, and helps both you and the servicer by allowing the technician to complete a repair in one trip in most cases.
