Using the station that had been the 200 site, I have following all the book instructions to change date, time & day with no results.
What I believe to be the ADMINISTRATOR phone is a DKT-2020-SD
When I pick up any phone and dial 200 it rings our primary phone line but does not go to any station.
I read in the SYSTEM ADMISTRATION GUIDE, "station 200 is used to preform the functions.......HOWEVER, a different digital station may have been assigned by the system INSTALLER"
How can I id what station we must use as our SYSTEM ADMISTRATOR'S work station?

If you have a display phone you can plug into all the jacks and press intercom #402. you are looking for port 000.

Usually the operator's extension is the programming extension. Ext 200 is the default operator's extension.
You dial 200 and it rings a phone line not an individual phone? Do you know what your extension numbers are? (Some people never use them and do not know) If you do know some or all of your extensions, what is the lowest extension number?
For me to get you specific information, it would help to know which Toshiba phone system you have. (Not a phone) The systems all program differently. Did you obtain the manual recently and are you sure it is the correct manual for your specific Toshiba system? Again, the system is not a phone and your phone's model number does not narrow it down. All the Toshiba phone systems have a name and number on the front cover. Example: "Toshiba Strata DK 280"

I have tried setting time and date from these instructions:
From receptionist station, without lifting the handset, press "Intercom"
Dial "#651"
Dial the time in YY:MM:DD format.
Press "Redial" or "#".
Press speaker.
However, that does not work!
Is there another way?
