I have tried multi times to change the name on my station phone using the instructions that are in the book and on this site but still no luck !!! When I use the transfer button and punch in 104, the #4 is already showing on the display. Using the arrow button to punch in the extenion it rings a fast busy signal. All the phones in this office have caller ID. The name is the only thing that I want to change.

From extension 201: Press transfer then dial 104. Press the up arrow until the station number and name you wish to change is displayed. Press the hold key to delete the current data and enter the new name with the keypad by pressing the digit 2 one time for A, press the digit 2 two times for B and so forth. The volume up and down buttons will move the cursor left and right. Press the transfer key to store the new data.
