The green leaf is "eco mode." It generally will reduce the running pressures of the system, meaning you spend less on energy and have longer runtimes, but it will reduce cooling capacity. On the less brutal days this is a great option. It's better for the system and better for the energy bill. However, there WILL be days where eco mode simply won't keep up.

It sounds like the batteries leaked and oxidized the terminals. If you cannot get them clean enough then I would suggest getting a new reomote from the manafacturer.

Make sure the solid white wire from each door sensor is attached to terminal #2 and the white wire with the black tracer is attached to terminal #3.

The solid white wire from the wall control goes to terminal #2 and the white wire with the red tracer goes to terminal #1.

If the green light in the wall control is blinking press and hold the lock button for 3 seconds.

Look, if you select a temperature above ambient temperature, it will switch from cooling to heating.(assuming that the aircon has a heat pump. most do these days.) Just dont rush the aircon because every time you make a setting change, it takes a while to regulate.

The wiring should be.

Terminal #1 - White wire with red tracer from wall control.

Terminal #2 - White wire from wall control and a white wire from each of the sensors.

Terminal #3 - A white wire with black tracer from each of the sensors.

Look at the LED light next to theSMART/LEARN button on rear of the motor unit. You may need to removea light lens cover in order to see it. If the light is flashingrapidly this means you have a stuck button on one of your remotecontrols. Take the batteries out of each remote control. When youremove the batteries from the bad remote, the light will stopflashing. This remote needs to be replaced.

If one of your neighbors remotecontrols is inadvertently programmed into your receiver, you doorwill open when their remote is activated. If this happens you willneed to clear out your receiver and reprogram your remote controls.Press and hold the smart/learn button for 6 seconds or until you seethe small LED light near the button turn itself off. If the abovesteps have been followed and the symptoms continue, there may be anelectronic short in either the wall control button or the receiverlogic board. In this case, remove the wall control wires fromterminals 1 and 2 on the motor unit. Should the symptoms persistafter the wires are removed, replace the receiver logic board. If thesymptoms stop with the wall control wires removed from the motorunit, replace the wall control button, and the wires leading to thewall control button.

Outflow rates range from 8-14 gallons (30-53 litres) per minute. Installation for most tankless water heaters is incredibly easy, involving simple plumbing. In the case of electric heaters, all that is required for a fuel source is to plug the heater into an outlet and begin heating your water. Some modern on-demand water heaters can incorporate a solar preheating system. This system uses a traditional solar heating system and tank to bring the water nearer to the desired temperature, saving substantial energy use in the final on-demand heating.
