the reason could be that you never got an answer because of the way you asked the question, not enough details provided or simply that there was no one interested in answering
In the time I have taken to answer this , another 25 questions have been added to the list so if it is not seen in 30 minutes , it is too far past to even chase up

If you normally use an email program like Outlook or Mac Mail, try logging in to your webmail. If you can see your webmail OK, then it's likely to be a problem with the way your email program is set up.

To be able to send mails, you have to be logged in to the account. Only then you can send the mail. But when btinternet.com, is a POP3 and STMP server provider, it could be you deleted the settings for the POP server or they are changed one way or another. Please check or fill in both server settings in your browser(s) see if they are correct, or renew them.

You should use paypal rather than giving your bank details or credit card details to a seller on ebay. Go to Ebay ww.ebay.com click on the link my ebay near right hand top side of screen. Log in and check the order status. You may need to contact the seller and ask if they sent the item or overlooked your order. When you log into my ebay you should be able to message the seller if the order is displayed on the Ebay system. I had a similar situation with a laptop I purchased via a laptop sellers website. I contacted them asking where my laptop was and it turned out they missed my purchase order completely.

To log into your btinternet account, you now need to go to the BT homepage and click on My BT on the blue bar and log in with your BT email address and password. If you do not know your password then there is a link just below the password box which says "forgotten password" and which will allow you to reset the password.

You're not alone with this problem.
BT have recently changed the way you 'log in'. I have managed to log into my bt mail once in the last 2 months. try going to bt.com or btinternet.com and see if you can 'find a way through'.
