I CAN NOT GET MY TABLET TO OPEN UP TO APP SCREEN, EVIANT IS THE ONLY WORD THAT WILL SHOW. HELP, HELP

It must have a corrupted file when loading, I suggest you reload the operating system and start with a clean slate.

Not sure about Evant, but my daughters Android had the same problem
Start > Settings > Language 'A' > English is usually the first on the list

This is most likely your battery that needs to be replaced. A bad battery will show fully charged and not have enough juice to start the device up.

Have you made any changes to router? If no, disconnect it, turn off tablet keep them for a minute then turn back on. If that doesn't help I'd suggest to factory reset tablet.

Go to the screen with all the apps, and the app will be listed there. Simply tap and hold until the tablet vibrates and the home screen shows up, and then place it where you want it.

Another way would be to tap and hold on the screen. Some tablets and phones will have the app/widget/wallpaper options show up at the bottom of the screen. If this does appear with your devise, then just make sure the apps tab is selected, find the play store app and tap it once. it will transfer to the screen for you.
