There is a possibility that the USB ports may have failed. Try connecting different USB devices like USB mouse or USB keyboard to the other ports also and check if that helps. If not then do email me the system service tag along customer name, place of purchase, address, phone number and email address to [email protected]. Then I can check and see what can be done.

Hi, Please try going to device manager and refresh the drivers by following the below steps: (1) Click start (2) Type device in the search box and select device manager. (3) Detect USB and right click uninstall it. (4) Now restart the computer. Check if this helps if not then do email me the screenshot of device manger also press the ‘+’ button next to it which expands all the options.
