Check the temperature of the fridge with a digital thermometer. I should be 5' centigrade. It may be set too cold and freezing condensation running on the rear wall. Also make sure the circulation fan is working. It looks like it is the round disc at the top rear.
Push a flexible net curtain wire down the drain until it appears above the compressor pan.
You can also try cleaning the drainage trough, dry it and spray it with dry silicone spray or even WD40 if you don't mind the smell. That will stop water sticking.
Unplug it from the mains for 5 minutes to reset the main control board. It is confused by a short disconnect and more confused as it went through its self test procedure.
This sound like it is either a sensor fault causing the compressor to not run, or there is a loss of gas/ compressor fault. Needs a service technician.
The problem is the thermostat, not the drainhole. The thermostat should stop the compressor when a setpoint temperature has been reached, this gives the unit a chance for a small defrost.
