Someone tried to use my debit card fraudulently abroad and I have been trying to change my details.
This is a very hard question to answer without me actually being there to see how it is configured at the moment. If you go into settings, email, calendars, etc, look to see if your password is configured correctly. iOS email is not hard to troubleshoot, but one must be there to see how it is configured now. Tell me this, is this a password issue? Do you need to change your email password? If you have an external email account that is added to the iPad, the password that you configured on your external account is the password you have to use on your iPad.
