It is most likely your fusing unit. Part number 9J06 R706 00 .

If you have had any power surges recently, meaning lightning struck your building and something else was hit. It could be the main board. You need to put a surge protector on this machine either way.

• The Fusing Roller Sub Thermistor does not
detect the required temperature within 30 sec.
after a warm-up cycle has begun; therefore, the
copier does not complete the warm-up cycle.
• The temperature of the Fusing Rollers does not
reach the required level even after the set period
of time has elapsed during a warm-up cycle.

i think that your fax is not set up right, or maybe the machine is missing admin and machine e-mail address, that can cause too this problem.

I had the same recently.

Problem is caused by a paper which stuck behind the paper tray. It happens when You put to much paper od while moving (for example). Solution: take out the paper tray 1 and 2, remove the paper from the space behind the trays.

First check the alignment front and rear of the finisher, check the finisher exit guide rollers if the paper is exiting properly, open both rear and the front cover and check the lower gears attach is the up/down drive belt. that lower gear one might be broken by the pin slot.

When a print job is sent to my Konica Minolta Bizhub c352, it only flashes "data" light, but nothing prints.

Hi Kenneth,

This can be a number of reasons.
When you go into the job list and look at the job history, Is there an error message saying "Deleted due to error" or something similar to this in there?
If it does, highlight the job and select "Details" to the lower right and please post what the "Error details" are.

C3452 error code bizhub c352

Sir/ Mam,
If after this procedure the code comes back do not reset again, get a tech out and expect to pay for a new fuser unit, continue resetting can cause the fuser the hot part to catch on fire ruining a perfectly good day.

1. Turn OFF the Main Power Switch (Located in side front cover). (ensure Control panel power switch is on)
2. Turn Main Power Switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the Main Power Switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after
and check if the machine starts correctly.
