We have the HP3210 All-in-one that indicates the OXc18a0007 printer error and can not find the solution.

    You are an angel! It worked! I had experts not able to tell me what to do. We were facing having to replace the HP 3210 All-In-One printer.

Hi I guess you are also getting error "Ink system Failue"
Try this:

Reset the system by holding down the OK, Cancel, Black, and Color buttons down at the same time and turn the 3310 off. Keep holding the buttons down until the printer shuts off and the turn it back on. You will have to turn the printer off twice and then it will recalibrate. Make sure you have new cartiges in the printer so that it can reset.
If, this does'nt
& if your printer is in warrenty Call 1-800-474-6836 and tell them about the error code and they will replace it in first go

You need to remove the Printhead and Cartridges and clean the golden contacts ( electrical contacts ) and clean them with lint free cloth.

If this does not fix the issue, You need to replace the Printhead/Cartridges

This is Ink System Failure Error.

You need to remove the Printhead and Cartridges and clean the golden contacts ( electrical contacts ) and clean them with lint free cloth.

If this does not fix the issue, You need to replace the Printhead/Cartridges

I am having a problem with my hp3210. It picks up paper but then shows jam . How would i know if the paper sensor is working
This is a common problem, Make sure the pick up rollers are clean (damp cloth and rub side to side) they may pick the paper but slip during the pick causing the paper to arrive late at the sensor. Check the fault codes or jam report from the information tab. If there are 13.1 jams, this is a good indication of the dirty roller problem.

We have an error code on hp3210 all in one printer error code oxc18a0007
This is one of the common errors in HP printers.
  1. Remove the cartridges from the product.
  2. Wait for the 'Insert Cartridges ' message to display on the control panel.
  3. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product.
  4. Wait 60 seconds.
  5. Reconnect the power cord. If the product does not automatically turn on, press the Power button (c01602202.gif ).
  6. Reinsert the cartridges, and then close any open doors on the product.
  7. If you receive a prompt to print a calibration page, do so.
  8. Reconnect the USB cable to the rear of the product, and then try printing again.

Hp3210 ink system failure
Turn off the machine, unplug the power cord from the back of the machine, remove ink cartridges, wait 2 min, plug power cord back in, press on button, wait until the printer prompts you to replace the missing ink cartridges, then replace the ink cartridges. If this doesn't clear the error you may need to re-prime ink through the lines. There are instructions for doing this at www.ccl-la.com/blog/. Search for HP Photosmart and run through the "ink system failure" #1 instructions.

Go into "Printers and faxes" under "Control Panel"

Right Click on the Printer and select "Properties"

Look for a "maintenance" or "Tools" option then Try
"Cleaning" or "Deep Cleaning"

HP Photosmart 8250 Ink System Failure,error code Oxc18a0007. I've tried HP site for solutions with no success. Also tried re-installing software,replacing ink (all genuine HP) but no luck!
