Magenta drive motor, has the magenta developer been replaced? has a PM been done on the machine did the technician use a vacuum cleaner to remove the old developer from the magenta developer unit if so he or she could have destroyed the sensor at he bottom of the developing unit NEVER use the Vacuum cleaner to remove old developer the Static electricity fro the vacuum cleaner will destroy the sensor. Check electrical connections for the magenta in unit (One connection) reseat the Magenta developing unit ensure that both guides holing all four developing units are properly installed and that all eight springs behind the guide are correctly installed. Mite want a tech to check the magenta developer motor in 47 Mode. also check signal for the Magenta ATDC Also run the required tests after any one developer is replaced May have to redo the Magenta developer again.
