The best option would be to restore the iPod's software. To do that, plug in the iPod to your computer and open iTunes. Click on your iPod in the left hand column and click "Restore" under the iPod information. Please note that all songs will be cleared from the iPod. hmmm, sounds like you might have to reinstall the O.S I think when you connect to yr computer does the ipod still show? have it connected whilst running a general disk repair program and see if that makes any difference btw-not sure if u use mac or pc but dont use any nortons repair apps with the ipod, whatever your flavour computer

Did you fully charge it the first time without taking it out?  That could damage the battery and limit the battery life, if you did do that, there is no solution.  Youll just have to refund and get a new one.

have to go to the input of your amp.

drive a small set speakers , the 1/4 or 1/8
head phone jack plug wire from a old
pair of head phones would be strip and
wired to small external spk , or driectly
to the auido amp But keep the volume
on the Rock Ola very low if you
chose the latter ,as not to over drive
your amp.
