Unfortunately, I don't think you can reset all of the margins and tabs at once. To reset a specific margin, move to that margin and then press ALT and the 6 key simultaneously. (That's the Margin Release.) If you are resetting the left margin, press the backspace (or space) key until you reach the new margin location. Then press Alt + 7 (L Margin) to set the new margin. For the right margin, press space (or backspace) until you reach the new margin location. Now, press Alt + 8 to set the new right margin location.
You can clear all of the tabs by pressing and holding Alt + 0 (tab clear) for over half a second.

the RELOC button is for when you go back and make a correction, after you make the correction you hit the RELOC button and it will automatically go back to where you left off. if you are typing along and it stops typing and won't go any further, you are at the right margin. if you want to go past this point, you have to hit the MAR REL button. then hit the space bar or keep typing. if you want to move the margin, move the carrier to where you want the margin and hit R MAR, and that will set the margin at that point. works the same way for the left margin.
You move the carrier, with the space bar or backspace key, to where you want the margin to be set.
If the carrier stops before you get to where you want to set the margin, then locate the ALT key at the bottom left on the keyboard, hold it down, then locate the key directly under the words above the keyboard that say M REL (the 3 key) and push it. Then move the carrier with the space bar or backspace key. (whichever direction you want to go)
When the carrier is where you want the margin set, hold down the ALT key and push the key under where it says L MAR (4) to set the left margin, or R MAR (5) to set the right margin.
The ALT key works with all the functions listed above the keyboard.
The CODE key works with the functions/charachters printed on the keys themselves.

Most electronic typewriters work the same way to change margin settings. You use the space bar to move to the desired location then press the right margin key. You should hear a beep. If you need to set it farther to the right of the current position, then use the space bar to move the carrier to the current position, once it stops moving then press margin release then space to the new position then press right margin key.
