A 4 tech wireless 9500h keyboard missing three keys g,h and space key other all r ok
SOURCE: Keys don't work at all
Make sure the wireless is working fine and has good batteries in them. Try reinstalling it and see if all lights go on the keyboard. If not there might be an interferance in the system and the keys are not computing well. Try number lock and caps lock

Mine does the same thing only sometimes the keys work, then hours later they decide to stop working.
It's a pain in the **** but if you take out all the screws, take the top cover off then put it back on, for some reason the keys start working again.
The problem will come back though. I'm considering keeping the screws out so I can just pop it apart whenever the keys stop working again.
SOURCE: Water Damage
I'm on my 4th Microsoft Ergo 4000 keyboard. All the previous 3 of them have been junked by none other than spilt water (not hot and not very cold), thanks to my 3 yr old daughter. I've tried taking the keyboard apart, blow drying and putting it back together. Doesn't seem to work. Junking seems the only option and I'm not pleased to say the least (now that they're at $70 at Best Buy)... I'm astounded that they are so succumbale to split water (leave alone other liquids)... A deliberate flaw to ensure repeat buys?
