Call register not showing details of calls - Nokia E5 Cell Phone

The NAME of the cellphone caller is assigned by the person who receives the call.
If I assign to your number the name "Hugo Chavez" each time you call me, my phone identifies your call as coming form "Hugo Chavez".
If my phone has no name associated to your number, it will show only the number.
So, happens that the person who receives calls from you happens to know the previous owner of your phone , had him registered and has his name showing up.
If this "detail" makes you nervious, tell this person to update the name identifying your calls.

It will Hard-reset your phone as the brand new..so everything will be deleted.
Just backup all your data n reset your phone in factory setting.
or just dial *#7780# and enter you phone code if it ask,
if you don't know your phones code then see its manual. or try 12345 or 0000.

hello theo, Normally when you register to activate your sim either instore or online your account details will show a PUK code .they are normally 8-10 digits long, Alternatively a call to your mobile carrier for he PUK code is also a solution if you nolonger have your original paperwork.

Your handset needs to be "registered" to work with your base station. This is so that the handset will respond to calls on your phone line and not your neighbor's.

Your manual will detail the procedure to register your phone with the base. If you require further assistance, please specify the make and model of your phone.

Some phones are very picky about the format of the numbers in the contact list. If you don't already have them in there you will probably need to put in area codes for you contacts for them to register correctly and show up when they call.

go to menu then open "call log" or "registered calls" option there you can see the "missed call" option then there will be "view" option press it and get the details

• An SMS would be sent on your mobile informing about the user name and the password.
• Click here to Login;Please login with the given username and the password and you would be able to view your mobile account details.(You may Need to Fill a Form to Complete Registration after First Login)
• Click "Bill Guide" option in the left side of the webpage.
• Click "Account number"
• Select the invoice period to view the details and click on "Bill details"
• Click on "Itemized Call Statement" to view the itemized call details.
