Check your Sim in another phone to confirm , if there is no CLIP then the service provider has barred you and must get in touch. Also is possible that the phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.

Try resaving the ones which dont show by adding their full country codes e.g Kenya +254 ........

It might be that your correspondents have blocked their numbers. Other than that, it could be a mal function with the telephone. Please contact your service provider.

take backup of ALL the data of ur cell phone and then do a MASTER RESET.
it shud solve the problem.
i hav done it twice.

Factory defect see your dealer.

Do you have a prepaid card or do you receive a bill monthly?
I can be the problem! you see in Latvia we must pay for the caller ID is viewable.

1/set ur phone on his factory defaults

2/try to copy the contacts from ur SIM card to ur phone memory so it will be able to recongnize the numbers in his memory!!
