10871087 reset

When you are in ready state, type 10871087 to enter the maintenance mode. Then type 251 to go in the section where clean the MK counter. (U251 Checking/clearing the maintenance count). Press Start to reset (if I remember correctly , you will need to type a new counter (000000), not just to clear the old one). After reset, you press Stop key to exit the submenu. Type 001 and press Start to exit the Maintenance mode.

reset fixing error in service mode. if that does not help then replace the fuser and reset code. 10871087 to get into service mode scroll through memory with # and * keys. 00 to exit. If you don't know what you are doing you could cause major problems in svc mode!

you can try to reset the error code by going into
simulation mode
at the machine punch in 10871087
once in simulation mode.. go to sim 163
that's a fuser reset
execute that..
if problem persists you need to replace fuser

reset it with... 10871087 then type 906... press start then reset then start

You have to reset the drawer by; 10871087 and run SIM 906
You should be able to just key in the Code you wish, then hit the print key to activate.
Then use the touch screen to reset then print key again.
