Psdcodecpreferences psd codec 1.6.1.0 serial name and serial number

You have to uninstall other codec packs.
Try the K-Lite Mega Codec pack.
Maybe it is H264? THe VLC player or the Media Player Classic can play those videos on their own.

Try coreplayer. It plays most media without issue - its $29 though. The serial number they provide is tied in with the owner/device name so cracked versions with a serial number must also have a owner name supplied or it won't work.
This software has fixed my playback issues.

The default is Admin with password of the 14-digit serial number
