Will it turn over with the starter, what kind of sound did you hear? It's unusual to have any problems with the 550's how many miles are on it? You thawed it out was it buried and do you have it at room temp or at least above freezing? Options include starter engaged and not releasing, ice around the clutch making it hard to turn over, I doubt there is a motor problem, remove the drive belt and pull it over or remove the spark plugs and roll it over by hand it should free wheel
