IT all depends on the location of the paper jam. The usual causes are bad feed rollers and fuser units.

This can be caused by a few problems.
1. dust in printer: get blower an blow the printer out.
2. Paper stuck somewhere in printer: look as error and where paper jam is in and inspect that part of the printer
3. faulty sensor: replace sensor

The fuser unit is not working. if you can rub the toner of net the fuser in not heating up and is probably faulty and needs to be replaced.

maintenance kit C9152-69004

error refers to memory on print cartridge that cannot be read. Replace toner cartridge.

This error refers to the fuser or fuser drive motor. Try replace the fuser. If the error remains, try changing the fuser drive motor. That should fix your problem...
