Philips is out of stock of these - I would try finding them secondhand on eBay or any place that sells broke players with good accessories. You can look at the product specs on the charge and go to Radio Shack, and see if they have something that might work:
A multi-voltage, AC/DC + USB Adapter - very hard to come by indeed.
Connect the supplied AC/DC adapter/charger to the 5V DC jack on your
hdd and the power supply. The AC power icon will indicate on display
showing that the Jukebox is now adapter operated. It takes 4 hours to
fully recharge the hdd and once the battery is recharged fully, the
jukebox can play up to 10 hours of music on the move
